Swiggy Delivery Guy most probably took my shoes—Need confirmation & what to do?
I live in an apartment in Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway. Last night, I left my tennis shoes ([Asics Solution Speed FF3](https://www.racquets4u.com/asics-solution-speed-ff3-tennis-shoes-french-blue-pure-silver.html?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA-ty8BhA_EiwAkyoa303wVvDEOqv5sOTsm6fpwxWIrx69GGTNwf-JgU9lndf-rmfvLXJJzBoCVlkQAvD_BwE)) outside my door on a shoe rack at 10:30 PM. By 8 AM the next morning, they were gone, replaced with old shoes. The only person on our floor at night was a Swiggy delivery guy at 11:47 PM, delivering food to my neighbor on the same floor. I believe the delivery guy took them because: * Security footage (a bit blurry but from multiple angles) shows the shoes he was wearing upon entry are the same ones he left in my shoe rack. * The shoes he left look similar to mine, even featuring the Asics logo. * He spent over 4 minutes on my floor, which is unusual for a delivery that typically takes under a minute. My neighbor confirmed he was waiting at the door and took the order quickly, adding to the suspicion. I didn’t want to accuse him outright or complain to Swiggy immediately, so I called him. He first denied delivering anything, then said he "can't remember any order to my society" which made me even more suspicious. I’ve attached the link to all the videos and pics—Sherlocks of Reddit, please confirm my suspicion. Swiggy support asked for video proof, but getting approval to access the footage took time. Even now, I doubt they’ll act. What should I do next? **TL;DR:** A Swiggy delivery guy likely stole my Asics tennis shoes. Security footage and unusual behavior point to him, but not sure if Swiggy will act without clear proof. Need advice. Before anyone blames me—yes, I know I should’ve kept the shoe rack inside or locked it. But in \~10 years of living in Delhi NCR/apartments, this is the first time I’ve faced such an incident.3
