ShoppersStop stole my 16k watch and are now refusing to give the refund
On 23rd Jan 2025, ShoppersStop picked up a watch from my home and it was delivered to their Faridabad warehouse on 27th Jan 2025. For the next 3 days, there was no communication from their side. On 30th Jan 2025, I wrote an email to them asking for the status of the refund and next day they replied that they recieved some 500rs watch and therefore they will not refund the money. I immediately took the police to the warehouse where the manager provided me with proofs that they sent in the original product I handed over. Since then, I have been connecting with 2 of ShoppersStop supervisors: Sayan, Raja who keep asking me for 2 more days yet they are not providing any resolution. Now, the customercare is not picking up my calls either. I have filed a complaint on NCH, anywhere else I should escalate this issue? My credit card company is super dumb and is taking eons to proceed with the chargeback so I have no hopes from them.3
