I ordered a watch worth 16k for my dad from ShoppersStop which had to be returned as the quality was questionable. However, after it was returned to their Faridabad warehouse, they claimed that I sent a local product. I then took Gurugram Police to the delivery partner's warehouse where they provided photographic evidence that I provided the right product. Yet, ShoppersStop has denied any refund.
