Parking charges

Why tf parking is such a expensive venture in NCR ? I came from hyd, there valet and non-valet parkings are totally free almost everywhere. But NCR capitalism is at peak, went 32 avenue - ₹150 Valet Parking, CyberHub ₹200 self-park, almost every mall have paid parking ranging ₹50-150 for a couple of hours. For those outrageous amounts they have written "Park at your own risk" What's wrong with us?
