Nike shoes stolen from PG!!

Hi, I'm 26 F living in a PG. I ordered shoes from Amazon for 8k which didn't fit me so I placed a return. The return was kept in the reception area to be picked up but when the pock up guy came the parcel was not there. I came back from office looked everywhere but couldn't find it anywhere. Caretaker and owner are not providing the recording or supporting in anyway. What do I do? I can't loose this much amount. Please help.
