Maybe wrong subreddit but Right intentions

Hey Reddit! 👋 Alright, so this might not be the subreddit for a post like this, but you’ve got to shoot your shot somewhere, right? And I’ve seen similar posts floating around here before, so here I am. Dating apps ❌ didn't worked for me. Let’s dive in........... I’m a 25M on a mission....(not to save the world) but to find someone who might just be the one. Why am I here? Well, life hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing in the relationship department. I was in a relationship for 8 months, but when I moved to Germany for work, the long distance did its thing and it ended. 💔 It felt like someone karate-chopped my heart into pieces. It’s been 2 years now😪. While the memories have faded, the fear hasn’t. I find myself hesitating, stuck, scared of losing someone who isn’t even in my life yet. 🫠 That’s why I’ve decided to say: Screw it. Let’s try everything. So here I am, typing out my life story for strangers on the internet. Who am I? Short answer = Doesn't matter., I promise I’m fun. Like, “you’ll be laughing at my dumb jokes” kind of fun. I’m confident, extroverted (most of the time), and someone who genuinely loves life. But here’s the résumé 🤌in bullet points because who doesn’t love a good list? Job: I’m an Avionics Engineer. Yes, I work with rockets and satellite systems...(Enjoys it... But work is work... There is a life outside too) Hobbies: Baking Cakes 🥧 (imagine dating someone who can whip up a pie anytime!) Cooking 🍳 (I’m always up for experimenting in the kitchen). Reading books 📚 & writing poetry (It's funny for some of my words choice) DIY projects (because fixing things = skincare for my 2 braincells 😅). Gym enthusiast 🏋️ (lifting heavy stuff is my therapy). Traveling ✈️ (wanna explore). Gaming 🎮 (unfortunately lost the interest but willing to join). Doodling/Art 🎨 (though, not gonna lie, I’m no Picasso da Vinchi 😅). Languages: Hindi, English, German Learning Spanish (A2 level, so... feel free to help me out and laugh at my attempts 😅). What am I looking for? Genuine connections. Someone who can laugh with me, cry with me, grow with me, and share this chaotic, beautiful journey called life. I’m not here for games (Except videogames 😅).
