Looking for some business ideas in manufacturing.

I have a plot which we bought cheap and now can fetch 1 cr. I can invest that money to start a business. I want some good business ideas in manufacturing. Exploring some of that but many of them turned out to be non viable like bio CNG - it needs 3 cr investment. Need a business idea that can fetch some good money and is in good demand. Nothing related to real-estate please.
