Looking for a third flatmate

We have found a very beautiful 3BHK (fully furnished) apartment in Palm Grove Heights (Sector 52). The video attached ( I am unable to post multiple videos and photos together here) doesn’t show the bathrooms or balconies, but every room has an attached washroom and balcony. The kitchen and common area also have their own balconies. All the balconies are beautifully decorated with an artificial garden vibe. The furniture throughout the house looks very high-end and expensive. The society has all the needed amenities and is at walking distance to the Ardee Mall and other markets. Rent - Total 80k We really want to rent this flat (you will also once you visit) so we have pushed our budget to the absolute limit and need a third flatmate who can contribute atleast 27k to the rent.
