Looking for a Flatmate! Hi everyone! My friend and I are renting a 3BHK fully furnished flat in Sushant Lok, Sector 43, Gurgaon and need a flatmate. Highlights: • Walking distance to Supermart, Vyapar Kendra, and 15 min walk (1 km) to Sector 42-43 Metro. • Spacious rooms with attached balconies and washrooms in every room. • Fully equipped with all basic amenities and appliances. • Closed parking, gated society, park-facing, and no owner restrictions. Costs: • Rent: Between ₹65,000 and ₹70,000 (split 3 ways), will discuss this with the owner tomorrow. • Deposit: 2 months’ rent, (one-time, refundable) • Brokerage: 15 days’ rent.
