Balcony - Automatic washing machine Room has AC, attached washroom ( geyser) and a spacious balcony. Rent is 24.5k including maintenance Security deposit is 50k Cook and maid are in place. (approx. 3k) The place is excellent security wise as it has cctv and smart lock system at the main gate and parking space. Care taker is available for any help. No restrictions.
