Looking for a female flatmate

Hunting for a flat as well as a flat mate. I'm a 23 year old Female looking for a room in a pre occupied flat at the budget of 8-9k. As I understand that this is a tight budget, I'm willing to share the room too, if possible. So basically looking for another female to do flat hunting together. Please DM if you're up for it.
