Insecurity about looks

I find my looks very weird and I think i look very differently, nobody ever said me bad or something on that lines but I don't feel good about my looks, what should I do, i just at times now don't talk to anyone and i earn well and I'm doing good career wise as well but my peers and people of my age are dating and enjoying life but I'm not, just because I don't think I have good looks. Idk what to do I can't acquire the courage to go to dating apps or being in a crowded area cuz i continuously think about my looks and think that what others must be thinking about me. And no I'm not fat short or black brown skinned. Just looks I'm worried about and I'm doing good financially but I just feel so afraid to even talk to any girl, like i think what will they feel at times, I don't know if it's in my head or actual but i find my looks weird.
