How to commute from V Block to Sector 77 on a budget ?

I live in V Block and my office is in Sector 77. Currently I go by shared autos (have to take three different autos) Is there any other way ? Are there buses I can find directly from DLF Phase 3 ? If yes, where do I find these buses ?
