How do you invest.

I am sorry if this is not a correct sub to ask this question but I feel mostly people are salaried employees here ( not generalising at all). I need suggestions how do you invest your money. I know there are many people on YouTube and other platforms guiding the same but I somehow don’t want to trust them unless I get to hear from someone actually doing it. So please share.
