Haunting experience with Swiggy

Its new year so I ordered a cake and some stuff from swiggy. It was about an hour when I called the delivery agent as the order was suppose to be delivered withing 40 mins. To my surprise, the delivery partner was drunk as hell. He was abusing the restaurant for making delay and was asking for my personal contact number. I cut the call turant ekdum. Reported the issue to swiggy and one of their customer care guy called and explained that this matter will be taken seriously and blah blah... The order is now cancelled. Koi aur app hai jaha se cake mangwa saku? (I hate zomato)
