Has anyone (or does anyone know someone who has) bought a flat in Smart World M3M, Sector 61?

My friend is facing some issues because the builder is asking to pay more than what was agreed upon based on increased builder area. Also they are asking for extra for IOT devices which was not disclosed beforehand. They also keep on dodging the question of when they will give possession. So have you or anyone you know bought a place there and are you facing the same issue??
