Group therapy sessions.

Hi, 31 Male here. Are there any group therapy sessions? Psychiatrist and vocal healers were of hardly any use . Is there a place for group therapy sessions in gurgaon? Psychiatrist- tried them. Therapist- They try to listen to me only to tell that you need to change. Is there any concept of group therapy sessions in Gurgaon ,all people present there and taking to each other so that it gives a safe space.
