Friends?

So I and my wife moved to India (Gurgaon) after 7 and 10yrs resp. of being in the US. We found most of our friends have moved abroad or diff cities. Even though I grew up in Gurgaon, have a couple friends but my wife grew up in Noida and doesn't have any girlfriends here in Gurgaon! So adults finding friends.. how to go about it?
