Don't order anything from Mannerless.in

So I ordered this Baki Hanma hoodie from mannerless.in on 7th Feb for ₹1169, initially there were no updates for 7 days but I got the order delivered on 16th Feb that too a different plain grey coloured hoodie, I emailed them same day but no haven't heard back anything from them, no other option to reach them. I feel scammed, do not order anything from here. Also if anyone knows what best I can do to get a replacement in this case I'd really appreciate.
