Does hair heal when you are in hometown?

Hello everyone, this is for all those whose hometown is in other states away from the metropolitan cities. Whenever I come back to my hometown, I always notice that my hair starts to heal and they get much better with 0 hairfall. Does it happen with others as well or am I just thinking wrong?
