DLF Garden City - Gurugram

Hello, I have recently bought Daxin Vistas Signature Global in Sector 36, Sohna, Gurugram. They are saying they will open another gate into the society from golf course ext road, which I think might help in raising the property prices. Another project I am interested in is the DLF Garden city Sec91, New Gurgaon. Does anyone have any advice/information regarding these 2 projects. Any advice regarding if i should sell the daxin vistas one and go for garden city instead. Idea is to invest jn a project which can be considered a good investment in long run as well as used as an end user. Also, People who live in new gurugram, how difficult it is to commute to work everyday ?
