Complaining About Zomato Delivery Guy?

**\[TL;DR at the bottom of the post.\]** Just ordered some food from zomato. Delivery guy refuses to come to my room (first floor) and calls me down instead, saying "Aap niche to aao, sab samjhata hu. Phone leke zarur aana." Lowkey weirded out by the fact that he's ordering me to get my phone there, but I happily oblige. I go downstairs and he insists to check the order details on my phone. I ask him why and he just repeats "Arre sir aap dikhao to sahi." He takes my phone in his hand, gives himself a 5-star rating, while checking all those complimentary boxes that appear when you want to give someone a rating. I was super weirded out by this, since I give 5-stars to literally every single driver. I've placed tons of orders - 5-star ratings for each of those guys. Then, this guy tells me that the bike he's using is somebody else's and he doesn't have the key, that's why he wanted me to come down rather than going up, because somebody would have stolen it. That's also super weird, because it was dead in the night when he delivered my order, the street was basically empty, it's weird that the bike has no key/he took no key from the guy he supposedly borrowed it from, and he's clearly lying - he wanted me to come down to ensure he gets 5 stars. Not whatever BS he cooked up about being afraid that the keyless bike will be stolen by the invisible man at like 2AM on a secluded street. After all this, which already had me raging internally, this guy asks for a tip. I say that all my orders have an automatic tip included, he should've gotten it. He says he didn't receive no tip - again, lies. Every order I place has an automatic tip enabled for the delivery guy. I know that because I chose the goddamn tip. He says Paytm me some money then. I say I don't have Paytm (long story, but I really don't). He asks for cash, and just to get this mf out of my face, I go back upstairs, got like Rs22 and handed it to him. *(Edited to add: Did not hand me my food until this entire ordeal was done. Kept it securely placed between his legs on the bike, both his hands guarding the food from the side. Not that I would've wanted to manhandle the guy to get my food, but his posture was very protective of the food - as if he was expecting me to say something like "Bhai khana do pehle, ye sab karunga baad me" or something along those lines and act on it.)* Now, as angry as I am with this guy, I don't want him to completely lose his job or anything. But I want to take my 5-star rating back, and give him 1-star. So, long story short, **TL;DR: Food delivered by a in-your-face type lying SOB. Lied to make me come down to him, lied to get my phone in his hands to give himself 5 stars, lied about why he called me downstairs, and lied about receiving no tip. I did give him an additional Rs22 in tip, but I want to take my fxckn 5-stars back and/or notify Zomato about this POS driver and his entitled attitude. Please let me know.**
