Are there affordable gated society rowhouses in gurgaon?

Just came across a society in noida extension sector 1 called Lotus Villa where there are houses made on 58 yard plots. It's freehold and people get the land too going somewhere around 55lakh per house. I liked it a lot, only issue is I am up for somewhere around 100 yard. But doable by buying 2 adjacent and modifying them. But as i am settling in Gurgaon, Are there similar in gurgaon too where land is also given to owner. I know there are many societies with G+2 on 267 yard plots but buyer doesn't get land share of 267/3=89 yard. They must have made duplex on 89 yard plots unlike vertical expansion. I am not looking in sector numbers from 80 onwards which lie in new gurgaon and dwarka expressway.
