Am I wrong here?

Hey, So I just moved out of my v toxic flat and shifted to a much better flat and location. I found a replacement and discussed all the costs and everything with her, but just 2 days before moving out my flatmates talked to the replacement and said yeh paise mt bhejo isko,yeh mt bhejo and honestly I had pehle se told all thr costs to my replacement and she was okay with them but my flatmates just wanted to save their asses and because of that I had to suffer a loss of 1.5k( it is a big amount for me). So now I owe 1.7k to my one flatmate, and I am not sending those to her because of her I had to bear the loss. Am I wrong here? EDIT: so I was supposed to get 16500 from the girl, 8k was security,4k brokerage,4k setup cost(it was a semi furnished flat so had to get stuff,this cost also includes 1622 appliance security,750 cylinder security and 500 RO security)
