Aftermarket halogen lamp for scooty

Dear people, My old scooty's headlight is not that great, and practically leaves me nightblind. I want to either get it changed (if possible) or get installed aftermarket halogen lamps. Any suggestion where can I find it? Want to get good quality at decent price. (Then I will also shoot high beam at morons driving with high beam :))
