23M Feeling Lost

Hi, 24M here feeling lost and confused about life. Broke up with my gf few months back found out she made a new bf(which i knew would happen eventually) but that thing is killing me inside. I have no one to talk to and express feelings. I don't know if I'll find a good partner in life. I work in one of the Big4 and have a reasonable amount of salary as compared to other freshers. Don't know what to do now. How do you guys cope up with this kind of shit ? Really need some help on this.
