Beware of royal rooms 22a pg

Anyone looking for a pg or a place to stay please stay clear of this so called royal rooms pg, Especially the one in 22a. The owner is an arrogant pos who will promise you the world. Tell him your geyser is not working. He goes “bas aaj theek ho jaayega” and you will find yourself calling him for that geyser everyday till the next winters. They will tell you that their food is the best but. What they did not mention is the exceptional hygiene standards they cook in. Their plates have dish soap residue. Their food is just water oil and potatos. Try connecting to their WiFi and it will tell you that the recharge has expired. Call the manager he will tell you that he will shut off his phone if you call him again. Even if you try to fill yourself with their pathetic food they will tell you “Itna loge to kaise chalega”. And yes the owner will not pick your calls unless he’s asking for the rent. Just putting it out there so that you know what you will go through. Oh and don’t expect him to return your deposit ever. Finally I have decided to leave without my deposit as it is not worth it at this point. Almost everything in my room is broken and these people will not only not fix it but act as tho they are the ones paying me for staying here. If this is the state of all Pgs I honestly don’t know how can the working class be exploited so god damn much in this country. Steer clear of this pg is all I can say at this point.
