What is your basic diet and exercise plan for weight loss?
Im just new into fitness but I heard in order to lose weight. It's mostly about calories deficit. Now I tried few calories tracker apps but it just doesn't feel useful. Some food items aren't even listed in the app and you drink water here and there. How you supposed to keep track of that. If you ate something more or less how do you really input those quantity. So I just stopped using it. Diet is poor when majority of time all you consume is carbs like rice and roti then package foods.2
