I'm currently studying in 10th and want to become a commercial pilot

As far as my little research, there are 2 way to become: One is to become an airforce pilot, gain some experience and then retire to become a commercial pilot. The second is to go to an aviation academy, get a pilot licence and find a job. But according to what I found, it is EXTREMELY difficult to actually find a job after getting the license. Is that so? And if yes, how can I improve my chances of getting an actual job (if I get the license in the first place)
