Confused between Cadet programs and conventional method

Hello everyone! I am 20 years old and NRI, currently living in Qatar. I am looking into flying schools in India as well as abroad along with cadet programs. I can stretch my budget to little across 1 crore rupees but is it really worth going for cadet programs instead of conventional methods? How long does it generally take to get a job after completing CPL from Indian flying schools like chimes, IGRUA? Or if I choose American flying schools does it have any advantage over Indian flying schools? Thanks for reading, I know it’s a long query but I am really confused :(
