Class 1 initial Medicals at Air Force base or civilian Hospital

Hey guys, I just cleared my class 2 medicals with a FIT declaration, with the only thing of note is that I have mild flat feet and knock knees, tough they didn’t find any mobility or motor issues, I’ve heard good things for the AFB but I’m concerned they might be more strict when it comes to these issues and that a civilian hospital might be more lenient, could anyone share their knowledge in this matter
