Can you join as a an instructor in your flying school after getting your CPL?

Hello everyone I've been planning to get my CPL from either Florida or NZ. I'm kind of worried about the job market and openings and just wondering if one could join as an instructor in their flying school in NZ or the US after completion of their training (just to have that as an option while we wait for openings). It can be a good way to rack up my flying hours as well. If not are there any well maintained flying schools in India that accept fresh CPL holders as instructors? I wouldn't wanna be simply waiting at home for vacancies to open up. I'd be training for my ATPL exams and I'd like to earn some money while I'm at it.
