Aero India 2025 Business Pass: Unable to fill details. Giving a 404! Error when details are filled and submitted.

I bought 3 business passes. I was able to successfully fill the first 2 passes. When I try to fill the third pass and submit it, it is giving 404 error. Has anybody else faced this issue? I tried filling the details in both Firefox and chrome. The same error is happening.
