Will using finasteride cause any issues with the medical?

21 year old here. Male pattern baldness runs in my family and unfortunately will affect me too. I wanna start taking finasteride to combat it but am concerned about the possibility that it may cause issues with the DGCA medical. Can anyone who may have any knowledge shed light on this?
