What should I do??

So here's the problem. I have a computer number, wrote exams, and did most of the work, but I chose the US for flying. I don't have a surname on my passport, Aadhaar card, 10th, and 12th report cards, or anything. Is that going to be an issue? Second, when I created my EGCA ID, it didn't let me create one without a surname, so I added my father's name. Now my Class 2 is over, and I already applied for Class 1. My ground class institute is saying that since my medical certificate has a surname and my other documents don't, I am in trouble. What exactly should I do now? Can I update my EGCA name and update my medical file? If not, what else should I be doing? Worst part, I didn't know about this and already paid for my US visa. Evry othe rdocument only has my name and no surname except for EGCA ID and class 2 medical assessment Please help.
