Should I ditch my ambition of becoming a pilot due to my medical condition?

I feel this might be an instant disqualify, but I'd like to ask about it before just ditching my ambition. I want to be a commercial pilot, I'm almost about to complete my 12th grade. I have some sort of optic nerve related issue in my right eye which causes me to see very blur with that eye. I can identify macro objects with it but can't read or see identify smaller things. (I'm not sure what the exact condition is since I was a kid when the doctors told me. This is genetic). I do have perfect vision in my left eye though. I don't need to wear any glasses because my condition is not going to get worse or better, also its not curable. I have been prescribed eyeglasses but don't need to use them. I do pass all the other criteria for physical fitness and academics except this. So, is there a chance I could pass the medical?
