RTR Exam Payment Failure

I've been repeatedly trying to make the payment for RTR Mumbai attempt but it's simply not going through on their website (saralsachar.gov.in). I've also contacted the helpdesk every single day since the past 4 days and all they have to say is 'Try again tomorrow' but it still persists. I've tried all payment methods from Debit Card, Credit Card & Net Banking, all in vain. Is anyone facing the same issue, and if you happened to overcome it, how did you go about it? My deadline is on the 28th of February so I don't have much time. Please help.
