Got Temporarily unfit for a month, what to do next?

My assessment says “Next review will be done at Air Force Central Medical Establisment , Delhi for Eye only by seeking a fresh medical appointment & NOC for Post TU Review from Medical Dte, DGCA HQ” Does this mean I have to only get my eyes checked there, or do my entire class 2 again at AFCME? I have done the additional test required to do from Nanavati Max a NABL/NABH hospital, yet I still got temp. Unfit. Has anyone gone through this process?
