French and Russian army planes in Mumbai airport

hey, I had seen a Russian army airplane, IL76, flying over my society, i live almost an hour away from Mumbai airport, got to know the plane's model by flightradar. And a IL76 once again in Mumbai airport on 25th December, 2024 along with a French army's cargo plane. What could be the reason?
