Flying general aviation in India during monsoon season

Hey r/indianaviation Planning a RTW (round the world) flight and I'm having difficulty finding information on flying through India during **early July/early September**. Does anyone have experience doing this in a piston twin? (It looks like July and August are the harshest.) 1. Is this rain every day IFR or convective wx 30 days a month IFR? Not looking to spend any time in India (this trip), but looking to move through to Australia as quickly and safely as possible. 2. Are there more feasible routes if you stay north? 3. Any good historical weather sites (I've been using visualcrossing) I'm limited by making a northern Pacific crossing before the winter otherwise I'd wait until October. Thank you!
