Do I need to take biology in class 10 to become a pilot?

My first option is Physics, math, chem and IP Second is Physics, math, chem and PE Third option is Physics, math, chem and bio. I put bio at last because I'm not interested in biology, but is it necessary to become a pilot? If so I could immediately make it my first option
