CPL training in South Africa

I'm planning to start my cpl training in South Africa and I have few questions. 1) How is the quality of the training? 2) Is it true that Indian aviation companies like Indigo and Air India for example, prefer pilots who got trained in the US? 3) Are there any pilot who got trained from SA working in Indian carrier companies like Air India and Indigo? 4) Can I do part time jobs in South Africa or am I allowed to do that during the training course?
