Class 2 ,e-signature

I completed class 2 assessment, and about to apply for computer number , meanwhile my examiner mentioned something about e-signature and am not sure what that was as I was tired with whole day of med-tests,WHAT IS E-SIGNATURE with context of ecga and how do I do it ?,what other thing should I complete in the ecga site, and what next? ~I also received mail that my examiner have submitted the report.and in track status it shows pending as shown above.
