Aeroindia ticket issue
Hi all, I have been trying to buy General passes to Aero India 2025 on 14th February. When trying to make payment for the passes the details in the Personal Details field such as Address and phone are missing. I had selected an individual account during visitor registration but while trying to edit the profile details, it now requires information such as company details and GST number which are not applicable to me. Are these details mandatory for me to buy the tickets? If so, please advise on how to solve this issue. Aeroindia helpdesk hasn't been of much help. Also, unrelated question but do the ticket details need to match the account holder details? i.e. Can I book tickets for others if the account is in my name?2
