17M - I want to become a pilot but i have a lot of questions

PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE A PILOT CURRENTLY - q1) How is the job market in india for pilots RIGHT now like is the employment ratio good q2) What are the actual (average) salaries for starting pilots and once your 5-6 years down the line q3) Is cadet better than conventional because i have no person in me relatives who is in this field It would be appreciated if you give honest answers and guide me.
