OP needs help from you all guys

Hello delhites I'm new in Delhi. I recently shifted to Paryavaran complex Saket Delhi. This is the view of my gully , water clogging, sewer line choked. It's soo dirty in here if I knew this before I wouldn't have shifted in here... I need to know how to solve this problem up. I don't think anyone have complained about this bec it's been more than 15 days... Please let me know in the comment section...koi Delhi ka aap vap ho jaha pe photo post kar ke complaint kar sake ? Ya email n all...all the ideas are welcomed... please
