AJIO is absolute trash website

I recently ordered a T-shirt from AJIO using their priority shipping service, for which I paid extra to ensure delivery within a day. However, not only did they fail to deliver my T-shirt on the promised date, but they also haven’t provided any updates since. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with AJIO, and I’ll never order from them again. Since it was a prepaid order, I can’t even cancel it because they take 5–7 days to process refunds. Their customer support is terrible; I raised a complaint but still haven’t received any response. Please avoid placing prepaid orders with AJIO, as you could end up in a situation like mine. Have no idea how good of a service they provide to AJIO lux customer. Absolute shit website
