What should be done with these types of guys?

So just now while watching reels,I came across this account, and saw he's making reels where he's using his rapido captain account and getting the rides and using disgusting sounds on the female passengers and even showing their face and zooming on them, for what just for little attention and vitality? I commented on his reel and also tagged rapido and Delhi police officials, but he blocked me, need your help guys I am posting screenshot of his account as well as I am leaving the link to his reel in the comment section, please make sure to tag all the concer authorities and let's make sure he atleast face some strict actions.
