We are pretty much doomed!!

So now we Delhiites have to bear the brunt of Pollution by paying more insurance premium. In the name of pollution control, our 10 & 15 yrs old vehicles get scapped & now we have to pay more because these incompetent & cunning politicians aren't doing aren't doing anything significant to reduce air pollution!!!
