Toxic work culture..

I work in delhi in an interior firm and my manager is pressuring me unnecessarily and asking me to work on Sunday as well and not paying me for this. I want to quit but I’m bit scared also she’s a female. I don’t know what to do I’m irritated and depressed. I’m getting mentally and physically exhausted.
